BRAGSA’s CEO quits?

Brian George, CEO of BRAGSA

Another story making the rounds claims  the Brian George, the CEO of the recently created Bridges, Roads and General Services Authority (BRAGSA), has parted company with government. George’s contract, it is alleged, was up for renewal. However, he has chosen not to sign a new contract and has instead taken up an offer from a large private company.

Speculation is rife as to the reasons that George may have tuned his back on BRAGSA at this crucial time. A well placed source indicated that the young CEO felt that his hands were tied with the paucity of funds available to undertake several critical projects.

Furthermore, it is being suggested that George was pushed  to leave BRAGSA because of differences with the Minister of Works, Julian Francis.
